Notes: The Santana 30-30 was designed to the MORC rule. \nThis version, the SANTANA 30-30PC = (Performance Cruiser). About 40 produced.\n\nAn updated PCII version featured the following: \n\nYanmar Diesel Engine. \nChainplates were moved outboard to allow the #3 jib to be sheeted inside the shrouds. \nInterior has lower settee to allow for better headroom. \nAngle brackets were added to reinforce the bulkheads.\n\nThe Grand Prix Racing edition referred to as the GP was introduced in 1983. \n(See: SANTANA 30-30GP)\nThis model had a lighter deck. Ballast 2435 lbs., displacement 6000 lbs. \n40 of these were built. \nAll boats built after 1985 have elliptical keels and rudders. \nAll versions were delivered with the same rig.\nOther variations:\nSome boats were delivered with an open transom.\nThanks to Jane Schock for providing drawing and updated information.
