The company was started by Antoine Carmichael who designed the original Pabouk 260 in 1998.
In 2018, the company was taken over by Patrick Bergeat, who founded the “LA PABOUK COMPAGNIE” shipyard.
Subsequently, in 2024 the company was purchased by Olivier DEBONTE after Antoine and Patrick retired.
