Founded by Aage Walsted who bought the original yard in 1949. Since then the company has built more than two hundred boats, mostly sailing yachts. Besides smaller racing-boats like Dragons and 5.5 meters, the company later produced a line of larger luxury cruisers working with such designers Aage Neilson and Olin Stephens.
