Originally a division of the Sydney Yachting Centre Pty Limited and located at The Spit, Mosman NSW 2088 Australia.\r\nGeoff Pearson and his partner Bob Vinks took over production in 1996.\r\n- 2006 Managing Director and major shareholder of Northshore Yachting Services, Heath Walters, acquired Northshore Yachts. Located at: \r\nRoyal Prince Alfred Yacht Club Unit 11,\r\n16 Mitala Street Newport\r\nNSW 2106\r\nAustralia\r\nThey also became the Australian builder for the Melges 24.\r\n- 2011 they became the Northshore Marine Group.
