Ted Carpentier

Besides being a designer of yachts, Carpentier was an aeronautical engineer who worked for Hughes Aircraft during the 1960's and '70's???. His position at that firm must have been a prominent one since he is quoted a number of times in a best selling biography of Howard Hughes.
